I joined the Kingdom Boss team late in development with a tight launch window. The project had seen several pivots both in art and design. While analyzing the existing art, I narrowed in on a target using the characters as a centralizing element (characters are a natural focal point, but even more so in a game that is driven by a character collection meta). 
I continued to guide the character and environment art, but my favorite accomplishment from this project was a complete UI refresh aimed at making it more exciting and allowing it to act as a unifying wrapper in a UI heavy game. I worked with an internal UI Artist and the team at PunchEV to execute the update.
